The Royal Botanic Gardens group is blessed with some beautiful gardens and a world of science behind their stunning botanical collections.  One of their primary challenges was whilst they have many causal visitors to delight, they also have niche specialists that they need to educate.

Renshaw Communications worked with teams from Kew, Wakehurst, Grow Wild, and Kew Science on bespoke content and social media training that looked at relevancy of content whilst balancing engagement across key audiences.  We delved into users, channels and top tips to extend their reach, impact and engagement to ensure their channels were focussed on driving more customer interactivity and building communities rather than just gaining followers.
