It was clear that re-aligning the values to be at the core of the entire Trust was the initial priority to change the culture across the 14 schools. This culture shift enabled us to realign the marketing strategy to embrace digital marketing initiatives to drive pupil and staff recruitment.

We lead the Trust and schools website re-designs, to ensure they were set up to be digital powerhouses to engage their audiences today and for the future.

Championed ‘One Trust’ Days, Diversity and Inclusion Training and leveraged partnership activity with associations in STEM, mental health and sustainability.
